Zhuzhou Nanfang Gas Turbine Package Engineering Company is a subsidiary owned by the China Southern Industry Group as the professional gas turbine manufacturer with independent corporation qualification, Located in Zhuzhou Hi-Tech Area --- Dongjiaduan Hi-Tech Development Park, since the establishment, with the advantages of aeronautical technologies, the company is dedicated to providing gas turbine products modified from aeronautical engine with such business as design, manufacturing, installation, test, operation, repairing and technical training as well as installation and service of foreign gas turbine thermoelectricity engineering and OEM service of foreign aeronautical (engine) products.
Zhuzhou State Hi-Tech Area --- Dongjiaduan Hi-Tech Development Park is the state class park with the approval of Ministry of Technology in September 2000 as the significant part for ¡°one area and three partks¡± of Zhuzhou State Hi-Tech Area. Since the construction in late 2002, the fixed assets investment in the park exceeds RMB1 billion, and has introduced 35 projects. After 4 years of efforts, the industry pattern of ¡°new town of aviation, famous town of garment and harmonic town of ecology¡± has formed primary shape. The park is powerfully developing the ¡°aviation town¡± including the Nanfang Aeronautical Power Institute, Nanfang aeronautical Power Co., Ltd. special planned production capacity construction project and Nanfang Gas Turbine Package Equipment project, currently, the project has been listed as one of the produce bases with key support of the ¡°11 th Five-Year Plan¡± of the National Development and Reform Commission. In the future, the park will focus on developing two bases according to the requirements of Zhuzhou Party Committee and Zhuzhou Government: ¡°Aviation Town in the East and Garment Park in the West¡±, to accelerate the development of three industries which are middle and small aeronautical engine industry, garment industry and health foods industry.
As early as 1970s, the company has modified aeronautical engine into gas turbine by applying aeronautical technology. In 1972, after the WJ6 aeronautical engine put into production, the company focused on modifying aeronautical engine into gas turbine, and has achieved three ¡°first¡± in Chinese gas turbine history: in 1975, successfully made the first aeronautical engine for land use; in 1978, successfully made the first gas power generator; in 1989, successfully made the first gas power generator which applies moderate heat value coke gas as fuel. Currently, the company has developed 6 series of products which are widely used as the power for power generator, heat supplying, water injection, pressure boosting for oil and gas conveying, motor and hovercraft etc. The key product QDR20 gas turbine heat and power joint supplying machine is applicable for generating power and supplying heat with various fuels as natural gas, coke gas, coal gas, gas for chemical factory as the hi-tech product of environmental protection and energy source integration utilization with powerful recommendation from the state.
Our gas turbine products have been used for nearly 100 projects in Shandong, Shanxi, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shaaxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Hebei, Henan, Tibetan, Xinjiang, Tianjin and Gansu and ranks leading in the light gas turbine industry in China.
Since 2000, the company started to develop QY40 gas turbine, in January, 2003, the QY40 gas turbine pressure booster was successfully used in Changning Gas Convey Pipe, and passed the examination of experts from State Economic and Trade Commission, and the product is perfect for gas conveying pressure booster for natural gas branch pipes.
